FINAL MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

Author Instructions

The Proceedings of ECSCRM 2008 will be published by Trans Tech Publications. Please prepare camera-ready manuscripts following the TTP's instructions for authors
 
A Manuscript Template (in Microsoft Word format as a .doc and .rtf file) with instructions is provided for your convenience. The only acceptable file formats are Microsoft Word or PDF (LaTex file type will not be accepted).
 
 Please use only the fonts Times Roman (Times New Roman) and Helvetica (Arial) for the entire document including special characters (character map). Other fonts will cause the paper to reproduce incorrectly or may change a special character to a "square".
 
Set the page settings of your word processor to the A4 format with the margins: bottom 1.5 cm (0.59 in) and top 2.5 cm (0.98 in), right/left margins must be 2 cm (0.78 in), header 1.25 cm (0.49 in) and footer 0.5 cm (0.19 in). Do not change the margins and paper size. We shall be able to produce a pdf file from your paper only if the paper format and the margins are correct.
 
Remember to include details of all the co-authors including affiliations and postal addresses. E-mail addresses for authors are optional for the manuscript.
 
Manuscripts must adhere to the following length restrictions: contributed papers (both oral presentations and posters) maximum of 4 pages, invited papers (both oral presentations and posters) maximum of 6 pages.
 
 Please provide keywords. Do not use PACS numbers or general keywords such as “silicon carbide” or “gallium nitride”. Keywords are used to prepare the index. You should choose keywords that will be likely to lead interested readers to your paper.

Final Paper Submission

Author guidelines for submitting the final manuscript:

1. Login on the submission website: http://ecscrm08.cnm.es/index.php/ecscrm2008/ecscrm2008
2. Click on "Author".
3. Click on “Archive” in the Active Submissions page. You should then see all of the archived abstracts.
4. Click on the title of the abstract for which you want to upload the full paper draft
5. Click on "Review".
6. Scroll down until you hit the bottom of the Paper Review page.
7. The last block of the page is titled Director Decision, inside it there's a form which allows you to upload the full paper draft called Upload final manuscript.

Repeat this procedure for all approved abstracts.

Note: Later you will be able to upload updated versions and delete old ones. This feature however should not be abused, to avoid possible confusion.
